I charge no extra fee, you can order an Apostille Request for your marriage license during the Marriage License application process. An Apostille Requests cost $29 each, plus a $15 processing fee, plus shipping.
Select it from Optional Documents and Services. Indicate the country where it will be used and the quantity needed. Any additional certified copies of your license/certificate will be shipped with the apostille.

ROOTZEE hosts all virtual and remote marriage ceremonies from the State of Utah, using platforms such as Zoom, Skype, or WhatsApp.

No. The couple and witnesses do not need to be in the same physical location. They can join from different homes, cities, or even states — all that matters is that everyone is present on the live video call at the same time.
The only legal requirement is that your officiant, Rootzee, is physically in Utah during the ceremony to legally solemnize your marriage.

Witnesses must be 18 or older and able to state their full legal names. Rootzee will verify their ID before the ceremony begins. I can provide referrals to individuals who can act as witnesses.

You’ll receive your digital certified copy by email within a few hours of the ceremony. Paper certified copies are mailed within 2–3 business days for addresses in the continental United States. International delivery times vary and may take longer.

IYes. International couples can legally obtain a Utah marriage license. Utah law allows couples from any country to apply and be married through a ceremony performed from Utah, as supported by Utah Code § 81‑2‑407.
